GENERAL – 6” high, black, leather lace-up station boots with RAPIDOFFTM lacing system, allowing for rapid doffing without the weight and hassles of lace-in zippers.. Full-grain, water-resistant leather upper, full-grain glove leather collar and Achilles flex point, dual-density injected PU outsole/midsole, safety toe, integrated puncture resistant device.
UPPER – Full-grain, water resistant leather construction, 1.8 – 2.0 mm nominal thickness.
COLLAR – Soft, full-grain leather-bound 2.50” padded collar and flex zone for superior comfort.
LACING HARDWARE – Bottom to top: 8 closed speed loops, 2 pairs of open speed hooks, each pair containing 1 hinged, 1 standard speed hook. The hinged speed hooks are quick release speed hooks allowing for rapid doffing without the weight and hassle of lace-in zippers.
LACING SYSTEM – RapidOff Lacing System consisting of 8 closed speed loops and 2 pairs of open speed hooks, each pair containing 1 hinged and 1 standard speed hook. The hinged speed hooks are quick release speed hooks allowing for rapid disengagement of the laces for exiting the boot quickly.
LACING – Black, rounded, water-resistant polyester laces. Two laces per pair.
LINING – GORE-TEX® Footwear Fabric.
PUNCTURE RESISTANT DEVICE – Steel puncture plate is directly injected into the outsole/midsole and is puncture resistant to 1100 N.
FOOTBED – Triple-density, removable footbed made of a polyester liner, a layer of moisture-wicking polyester felt, and ergonomically molded EVA. Wicks moisture and dries rapidly. Molded EVA provides cushioning and support for arch and heel.
OUTSOLE – High traction, abrasion resistant, oil, and chemical resistant, injected PU outsole equipped with ergonomic HEELROLLTM and TOESPRINGTM to promote a natural walking motion. .
MIDSOLE – Injected PU. Provides cushioning, stability and comfort, but won’t pack out like EVA.
INSOLE – 2.5 mm antimicrobial, moisture- wicking felt.
HEEL COUNTER – Ergonomically molded heel counter provides stability, comfort, and long-lasting support. COMFORT PADDING – Open cell polyurethane foam padding strategically placed throughout the upper for superior comfort and support.
THREAD – Black, water-resistant, polyester thread throughout the upper.
OUTSOLE ADHESION – Injected outsole is bonded to the upper during the injection process. As the injected material cools, it is chemically and mechanically bonded to the upper.
MARKINGS – Interior label containing US sizing.
