| Jafline HD, is a double jacket hose designed for supply and attack purposes with a high durability. Each one is tested in accordance with NFPA 1961 current edition The warp for the outer and inner jackets is virgin spun polyester yarn, and the weft is high tenacity polyester filament yarn. The lining is extruded EPDM synthetic rubber formulated for ozone and temperature resistance. The smooth inner surface give a very low friction loss. Jafline HD is protected with a “Dura-Vis” coating that provides total saturation of the external jacket, and extreme resistance to chemicals, ultra-violet light, and abrasion are achieved. Jafline HD is designed from 1-1/2 inches to 3 inches with 1200 psi minimum burst pressure and with 900 psi for the diameters above 3″. Standard lengths of 50 ft and 100 ft are available.Other lengths available on order The EPDM compound of the inner liner is flexible between +180 ??F and – 40 ??F. Jafline HD retains serviceability to those temperatures The high quality of the materials gives maintenance free. No mildew or rot attack. |
