This is our minimalist fire pack: it carries a fire shelter, three fusees, and a pocket with just enough space for the essentials. Just as importantly, it’s easily accessorized, so the firefighter can customize his belt kit.
Mounted on our IA Frame, the Hotspot’s load-carrying capacity rivals our larger Hotshot packs, without sacrificing a bit of mobility or comfort. Pop two quick-release buckles and the pack can transform, dropping down to become a load sling for any application. This gives the firefighter–whether Captain, Engineer, or hose-hauler–a tool of unparalleled versatility.
