The #1490 Case is constructed of advanced ultra high impact copolymer resin that protects valuable laptop computers from all weather conditions and almost any abuse. Like all Pelican™ equipment Protector™ Cases, the #1490 Computer Case is watertight, dust/crush and corrosion proof and features a padded fold-down handle and a purge valve that blocks moisture and automatically balances internal air-pressure.
Optional Upgrade Models have unique features:
- 1490CC#1 – Deluxe Computer Case features a Lid Organizer, a special Fitted Shock Absorbing utility Tray that accommodates computers up to 14.0″ x 10.8″ x 2.5″ (size reduced 1″ for foam barriers) and a Removable Shoulder Strap.
- 1490CC#2 – Notebook Computer Case features a Lid organizer, a Removable Shoulder Strap and Pick ???N’ Pluck™ Foam that can accommodate computers up to 16-7/8″ x 10-7/8″ x 3-3/8.
